Spring Songbird Hike with Canton Land Trust

Look for migrating songbirds on this 7:15 am May 4 hike, led by Land Trust Director and Roaring Brook Nature Center Co-Director Jay Kaplan.
Birds that hikers might see include migrant thrushes, warblers and tanagers, and breeding yellow-bellied sapsuckers, eastern towhees, and blue-headed vireos.
Bring binoculars, field guides, bug repellant, sturdy shoes, water and friends. This hike is not geared toward young children, and please leave dogs at home. In case of bad weather, check www.cantonlandtrust.org.
Meet in the parking lot off Breezy Hill Road. Easiest access is to turn off Rt. 44 onto Indian Hill Road.
