Other dates include 9/8, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3 & 11/24
Time: 11-12PM in the Tranquility Room.
Take a moment and allow yourself to let go of schedules, deadlines and the daily grind.
Every other week from Aug 25th to Nov 24 join us for a Guided Pranayama (regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises) followed by a gentle meditation.
According to research, pranayama & meditation can help with the following:
- promote relaxation & mindfulness
- reduce stress
- improve sleep
- balance mood
- increase brain clarity & function
What to bring: meditation pillow, yoga mat or anything to be comfortable on the floor. Mats & blankets are available. Chairs are also available upon request.

Sierra is a Farmington local who leads meditation workshops in an easygoing & comfortable atmosphere. She has been officially leading meditation classes for 3 years and encourages you to join us in practicing this great gift of calm and peace.
Parking: GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Park in any of the 3 parking areas on the right, and the main entrance is the big red door. Follow signs to the Tranquility Room.
