Recently Fred attended a Kryon conference in Hot Springs, AK and will relate what he learned from a workshop with Anders Holte in regards to the positive effects that sound and music have on our brain's synapses and how this can benefit ourselves as well as those with dementia. Fred will also lead those gathered on how to do a sound healing on yourself using just your voice!
Following his workshop, Fred will facilitate a 90 minute sound bath with various sound tools to create a soundscape to calm and relax you and bring your mind into the Theta state where the body can do its greatest healing.

*Special parking instructions: Entrance and parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main St.“. Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
